How do I select all device for bulk action?Solved

I would like to ask how I can select all devices under the Enrolled Devices report, it seems the box that used to be there is not showing anymore.

Thankyou for raising that question. 

In the current Hexnode UEM portal, the “Enrolled Devices” report under Reports is primarily designed for viewing, filtering, and exporting data rather than performing bulk actions, which explains why the selection checkboxes may not appear there.  

To select all devices and perform actions (like sending messages, locking, or updating policies), you should use the Manage tab instead of the Reports tab. 

How to Select All Devices to Perform Actions 

  1. Navigate to the Manage tab in the top menu bar. 

  1. Click on Devices in the left-hand sidebar. 

  1. Click the checkbox at the top of the table (next to “Device Name”) to select all devices on the current page. 

  1. Use the Actions dropdown menu to apply desired actions.  

Alternative: Exporting the Report 

If your goal was to get a list of all devices, you can still export the report from the Reports section: 

  1. Go to Reports > Device Reports > Enrolled Devices. 

  1. Click the Export button at the top to download the list in PDF or CSV format.
