Unable to pass CAPTCHA during login after password updateSolved

I was asked to update my password, but now I’m stuck at the CAPTCHA and can’t get past it. Is it case sensitive or is something wrong? This is really frustrating since I need to make some device changes urgently.

You could try refreshing the page and entering the CAPTCHA again carefully.

The CAPTCHA is case sensitive and should be entered exactly as displayed, without any spaces between the characters. Also ensure that auto-capitalization or keyboard suggestions are not altering the input.
