Yeah, we’re using it in a similar way, but more for compliance. When a device goes out of compliance, we launch a communication app so users can immediately see what needs to be fixed.
Initially, the action wasn’t working consistently, but we realized the app wasn’t installed on all devices. Once we ensured it was deployed everywhere, things worked as expected.

We’re using it more for routine work. At the start of each shift, a business app gets launched automatically, so users don’t have to search for it every day.

Ohh okay, that makes sense. We actually used that with a sync app. It just opens briefly in the background, updates the data, and closes without disturbing the user.
