During the Hexnode Agent installation, it automatically places two icons on the users’ desktop, the Hexnode UEM icon and the Remote Assist icon. Is there a way to prevent those shortcuts from appearing? We’d like to disable the agent from creating desktop icons after installation.

At the moment, the agent installation process is designed to create those desktop shortcuts by default, and unfortunately, there isn’t a configuration option to suppress them.
