Hi, applications are not installing on a newly added iPhone, including the Hexnode app.

Are you pushing the app through Required Apps policy?
Usually, you’ll need VPP licenses for it, or the user has to be signed in with an Apple ID.

Yeah, it’s using Required Apps and the device has both. Normally Hexnode installs automatically during setup, right?
Just noticed it says the VPP token is expired though.

That would do it. You will need to renew the VPP token.
Also worth checking Manage > Device > Action History to see if there are any app install errors.
