We’re running into the same thing. The constant password changes in particular are causing issues for our team, even with a password manager.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate that your team already utilizes a password manager to secure your credentials.
However, to maintain the highest security standards for the Hexnode UEM portal, 2FA remains a mandatory requirement for technician logins and sensitive actions. As such, we cannot disable 2FA at this time.
Regarding the mandatory password rotation, we understand how this can be friction for teams with managed credentials. I have raised a feature request on your behalf to the product team to see if we can introduce more flexibility regarding password expiration policies.
