App update not happening for enterprise appSolved

Hey all, I just pushed an enterprise app update to the Windows devices in our organization. The app is even added as a required app by policy. The update is still stuck at Pending in action history. What is happening?

@sarahmiller Oh, I pushed the app update outside of Active hours. I thought that way the update wouldn’t meddle with anyone’s work.

  @sammyy Hexnode requires the target devices to be active and connected to the internet so that the Hexnode Agent can receive the update request from the UEM console. You will need to have your devices on for it to work.

In that case, I guess I will push the update when my coworkers return to the office tomorrow and turn their devices back on.
