Hey folks!
We have got the Drivewyze app installed on our drivers’ Android tablets for on-road operations, but several drivers are telling us they can’t enable the “Appear on top” permission in the app settings.
Anyone run into this before?

Huh, that’s odd. Maybe the tablets aren’t enrolled correctly? Should they be in Device Owner mode?
They already are in Device Owner mode, so this threw us off a bit.
Hi @rose-wilson.
You can manage the Appear on top permission using the App Permissions policy in Android. On your Hexnode UEM portal, navigate to Policies > Android > App Management > App Permissions, and configure the permissions remotely for the application.
For more information, check out our help documentation on App Permissions.

Thanks! I checked that out, but when I try to click the App Permissions option (it’s greyed out), I get this message on the screen:
“Please upgrade your pricing plan to avail this feature.”
Sooo… what’s my next move here?
Great question, @rose-wilson.
It looks like you are currently subscribed to a plan lower than the one that supports the App Permissions feature. You will need to upgrade to a higher plan to avail the feature.
You should see an “Upgrade Now” button on the screen, just click that and it will take you straight to the subscription page where you can switch plans.
For more information on upgrading your plan, check out this help documentation on Subscription.
