Hola amigosI’m facing an issue with the Hexnode access policy on my macOS devices. I associated the Hexnode access policy with Google Workspace as the IdP, with the authentication option being “Google workspace domains added to hexnode portal”. We have integrated our Active Directory with Google Workspace. When the password of a local user account user is changed via AD however, the new password cannot be used to login through Hexnode Access with an error displaying “invalid password”. Does anyone know a fix for this?

@carter , I had a similar issue for my Hexnode access policy where I used the LDAP authentication optionMaybe it is due to a delay in AD syncing with Hexnode Access?

Hey @carter , and @skylar-a , I had faced this issue a while back. After some digging I found it was a password sync issue when the user password is updated in ADFor the updated user credentials to sync with Hexnode Access you got to install Google Password Sync on the Active Directory server. Password Sync automatically synchronizes users’ Google accounts with any AD password changes. This fixed my issue and should be the solution to your problem too.
