I was browsing through Hexnode Academy and saw people showing off their “Hexnode Certified” certificates. Honestly, it looked pretty cool! Got me thinking I should try it out myself. Has anyone here done it? I’d love to hear what the experience is like.

Yeah, it’s good if you want to level up your Hexnode skills. You learn how Hexnode works and get a good handle on the UEM best practices. I got certified as a Hexnode Certified Professional for the iOS platform, so definitely recommend checking it out.
Wait a second…Am I the only one just finding out about Hexnode Academy? I definitely want to learn more about it.
Hi everyone. Happy to see the buzz about Academy here.
Like @cullen mentioned, Hexnode Academy is a learning hub and offers certification program for anyone using Hexnode’s Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution. It provides a range of courses and certifications to help users get the most out of Hexnode’s features, whether you’re an IT administrator, a partner, or a reseller.
To get started, you can either reach out to Hexnode support via chat or call to request an account or create one yourself directly on the Hexnode Academy website.
There are plenty of courses available on Hexnode Academy, including Hexnode Standard, Hexnode Advanced for different device platforms, and some fundamentals courses such as Patch Management with Hexnode, Hexnode UEM Automation: From Manual to Managed, and more. The courses themselves are free, but certifications are paid. The certifications are designed to deepen your UEM knowledge and come in different levels: Professional, Specialist, Mastery, and Partners Only.
Once you have paid for a certification exam, you will have up to three attempts to pass. The certificate is valid for 2 years, after which you can apply for renewal by retaking the exam. Once earned, you will also have the option to share your certifications directly on professional platforms like LinkedIn and other social networks.
For more information, you can refer to our documentation on Hexnode Academy.

Thanks for that!
@cullen Since you have already completed the certification, it would be awesome if you could share a bit about your whole Academy experience. Any tips for first-timers attempting the exams?
The UI is pretty straightforward, so I didn’t have any issues navigating through it. Once you understand what the course is about, taking the exam is actually quite manageable. Don’t rush, take your time with the lessons, and really get the hang of the concepts.
