Hola there, 

We’ve been using Hexnode only for managing our android devices since that was our only need at the time, so we went with the enterprise plan. But now we need to manage Windows devices as well. I went through your restrictions doc and there are so many windows controls we’re really interested in. 

Could you tell me which subscription plan covers these features and what the pricing looks like?

So, I need to contact support to upgrade my subscription? We’re on the Pro plan right now, and after digging into hexnode properly, we realised the enterprise plan is what we actually need. 

Is there any way to upgrade directly from the portal?

Just head over to the license section under Admin. Hit change plans, and from there you can upgrade your Hexnode license, increase device count, or even add more technicians.
