Can someone clarify whether the Clear Media remote action removes only the media deployed via Hexnode, or all media stored on the iPhone?

Hi @harold,
The Clear Media action deletes the media stored in the device’s Photos app. Hexnode does not currently support deploying media to iOS devices, so this action will only remove existing photos and videos already present on the Photos app.
When you execute the action, the device will prompt you to grant Hexnode access to the Photos app. You can either allow full access or limited access. Choosing limited access lets you select specific folders or photos that can be deleted.
