Wipe/lock Mac with 2 OS using hexnodeSolved

Hello folks, we have created partitions on our Macs to run 2 operating systems. Now if we try to wipe device or lock device from the hexnode portal, what will be the effect on the device? Will both the partitions be affected appropriately or is it only effective on any particular os?

Any clarity on this is greatly appreciated!

Hello @verbnigge , we appreciate you reaching out to us!

Wipe Device performed from the Hexnode UEM portal will be applied only on the enrolled Operating System. However, Lock Device will be applied to the complete device including both the partitions.

Hope this clears your query.

Cheers!

Quick doubt: Is it possible to enroll 2 operating systems simultaneously?

@marien  To answer your query, only one operating system (OS) can be enrolled at a time. On enrolling the second OS, the Hexnode MDM profile present in the first OS will be removed.

Hope to hear from you again soon.
