Hey folks! We are on the Hexnode Enterprise plan but the remote control feature is unavailable in our dashboard. Can you clarify why this is happening and how we can enable it?

Thanks for raising this question.
The remote control feature is unavailable because the Enterprise plan only includes Remote View (screen monitoring). To actively take control of a device screen from your console, you must upgrade to the Ultimate plan or higher. Once upgraded, full remote control will be unlocked for supported devices.
