Hey team, is there a dedicated section or tab on Hexnode to get more details about the enrolled devices like serial numbers, IP addresses, etc.

Hello,

You can find all those device details right inside the Reports tab.

To view and extract these details, navigate to Reports > Built-in Reports > Device > All devices. On this screen, you can use the Select columns button (represented by the grid icon next to the search bar) to customize your view and add specific data fields like IP addresses or serial numbers.

Once your view is configured, you can click the Export button on the top-left of the table to generate and download the compiled data as a CSV or PDF file.

Ok lemme check that. Does this tab helps to see the technician’s actions like policy associations in the portal and some other events occurring in the portal? Also I want to know about your AI assistant Genie, is there any article or section for that?

Regarding our AI assistant, you can refer to our documentation on the AI Governance Framework for Modern UEM for a detailed understanding of how AI Genie safely operates within our architecture.

As for tracking technician actions, policy associations, and other portal-side configuration changes, Hexnode UEM maintains a dedicated audit report ledger to help you keep track of all events occurring in the portal.

To access this data, navigate back to the Built-in Reports tab and select Audit from the left-hand menu. From there, click on Audit history. This console provides a complete record of portal-side activities, displaying:

  • The Subject & Event: Clear descriptions of the exact change, such as when a device policy is created, modified, or associated with a user.
  • Technician Details: The specific email address of the technician who initiated the action, or whether it was triggered automatically by the system.
  • Timestamps: The exact creation date and time for every event executed within your portal.

Just like the device reports, this audit trail can be exported if needed for your internal reviews.
