I’m trying to push a VPP app to a group of iPad Minis using an iOS required apps policy, but the app does not appear on the devices. Another required app in the same policy installs fine.
The app is not in the blocklist, and the VPP licenses are visible after syncing Apple Business with Hexnode. The Apple Business location also seems to match the VPP account in Hexnode.
The confusing part is that all licenses for this app show as used, even though only the intended iPads should be getting it. Is there a way to check what the app is assigned to, and how do I get the app to install on the right devices?
