You can now import your fleet of Windows devices into the Hexnode UEM portal before they are even powered on or physically enrolled by the users. By getting everything set up behind the scenes, you can guarantee that the right policies and configurations hit the device at the exact moment it connects.

• Instant Management: Group your Windows devices and assign policies, apps, and configurations in advance. Once the user enrolls the device, these policies take effect immediately.
• Enhanced Security Restrictions: Lock down your corporate environment by enforcing the “Pre-approved Devices only” enrollment restriction. This ensures that no unauthorized or personal Windows device can enroll in your device fleet.
• Bulk Import via CSV: Easily import hundreds of Windows devices simultaneously by uploading a single CSV file.

What You Need to Know:

To pre-approve Windows devices, your CSV file requires three mandatory fields:

1. Serial Number
2. Manufacturer Name
3. Model Name
