Is that possible to prevent sending app crash reports in Android devices locked in Kiosk mode?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
Yes, it is. Please navigate to Policies-> Kiosk Lockdown-> Android Kiosk Lockdown-> Peripheral Settings-> App settings and enable the option ‘Disable app crash reporting’. Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
In case of devices running Android 6 and below, users will be able to send the app crash reports, even if the option is enabled. For devices running Android 7 and above, if the option ‘Users can turn device off’ is disabled, users cannot send the app crash report even if the Disable app crash reporting option is off.
