I need to prevent my users from using camera on their phones. They have got both iOS and android phones.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to us.
For iOS devices, navigate to iOS –> Restrictions and disable the camera option.
For Android devices, navigate to Android–>Restrictions and disable the camera option.
The options will be enabled by default. Please note to associate targets and save the policy for both cases.

Yes, it can be. Please navigate to macOS->Restrictions->Allow App Settings. Disable the ‘Camera’ option to block the camera access on the device.
