What are the oldest macOS and iPadOS versions that can be enrolled in Hexnode? We have a few older Apple devices and want to confirm whether they are still supported before trying to enroll them.

Hi @jaxon_r,
The minimum supported OS versions for enrolling Apple devices in Hexnode are:
- iOS: iOS 11.0
- iPadOS: iPadOS 13.1
- macOS: macOS 10.7 Lion
Devices running versions older than these minimum requirements are not supported for enrollment. If the devices meet or exceed these versions, they can be enrolled, subject to the supported enrollment methods and platform capabilities available for that OS version.

That clears it up. I was mainly unsure because iPadOS split from iOS later, so I wasn’t sure whether older iPads should be checked against the iOS or iPadOS requirement.
