I enrolled a Lenovo Android tablet using Android Enterprise QR code enrollment and assigned a Single App Kiosk policy. The device shows that the kiosk policy is associated, and the tablet is not rooted.
The issue is that users can swipe up to bring up the taskbar/navigation area and switch to other apps, including allowed apps/background apps. I expected Single App Kiosk mode to keep only the selected app open and prevent app switching completely.
I found a local setting on the tablet to disable the taskbar, and that seems to stop the issue, but I’d rather manage this through Hexnode if possible. The same kiosk policy works as expected on a Samsung tablet, so this seems specific to the Lenovo device behavior.
