I would like to know if its possible to use your app to limit an android tablet to playing a single ppt or pdf file?

Hey, Thanks for reaching out.
Hexnode can lock down the device to a single PDF file.
The file that has to be displayed should be uploaded under Admin–>File Management and a shortcut for the PDF file has to be created in the Apps tab.
Kindly navigate to policies –>new policy. Click on the Kiosk Lockdown–>Android Kiosk Lockdown–>Single App–>Configure. Move the mouse pointer towards the + icon and click on Select file shortcut. Select the required PDF shortcut from the list > Done. Please note to associate targets and save the policy.
We currently do not have an option to lock down the device to a single PPT.
PS: The File should be present on the device. If the PDF file is not present on the target device, you can push the file via File Management policy.
