One of our supervised iPads in kiosk mode suddenly stopped showing any available Wi-Fi networks. The Wi-Fi toggle itself is accessible, but the network list/drop-down is empty, so the device cannot reconnect and sync new policies.
Restarting the iPad did not change anything. Other iPads with the same kiosk setup are still working. I found a restriction called “Connect to MDM-configured Wi-Fi networks only” in the policy and I’m wondering if that could be causing this. I’d also like to avoid this happening again because the device is now offline and can’t pick up policy changes.
