Hi everyone. We manage a few supervised iPhones in Hexnode and enabled location tracking via an enterprise policy. The policy associated successfully. We also set up Apple VPP and silently pushed the Hexnode UEM app to the devices.
However, the “Recent Location” is still not showing. Does iOS location tracking require anything else on the device? Even with the policy pushed and the app installed via VPP, do we still need someone to physically open the Hexnode UEM app and allow location permissions, or can this be enabled remotely?
