Our Apple VPP token is showing as expired in Hexnode UEM. What is the correct way to renew the token and reconnect it with Apple Business so app management keeps working?

Thanks for raising this question.
To renew an expired Apple VPP token, download a new content token from Apple Business Manager and upload it to the existing Apple VPP account in Hexnode UEM.
Steps:
1. Sign in to Apple Business.
2. Click the organization name in the top-right corner and open Settings.
3. Go to Payments & Billing.
4. Select Apps and Books.
5. Scroll to Content Tokens.
6. Download the required content token.
7. In the Hexnode UEM portal, go to Admin.
8. Open Apple Business/School Manager.
9. Select Apple VPP.
10. Click the Apple VPP account that matches the Apple VPP user ID/token you want to renew.
11. Under Renew VPP Token file, choose the downloaded token file.
12. Click Save.
After saving, the VPP token validity should be updated in Hexnode.

Update the existing Apple VPP account in Hexnode. Creating a new VPP account is not required for token renewal and may cause confusion if the same Apps and Books location is already linked.
Use the token downloaded from Apple Business for the same Apple VPP user ID or location, then upload it under the existing Apple VPP entry in Hexnode.
