How to do a quick health check?Solved

Hey people,

I just pushed out a round of policy changes to a large group of devices. The updates should go live over the next few hours, but I want to request a quick health check on our portal’s backend server.

We’ve run into some celery issues in the past that caused deployment delays, so I’m just taking precautions to ensure everything is running cleanly on the backend. Is our server healthy?

Your decision to proactively reach out was spot on! Our technical team actually did identify a temporary queue issue on the backend that was causing some processing delays for tasks and policy updates.

What we’ve done: We have initiated a fix from our end to clear out the backlog and restore optimal performance. The server queue is now processing normally.

Could you please check your devices and policy statuses again to confirm if the changes are starting to reflect as expected on your end?

Glad I checked! I just refreshed the portal and I can see the commands are already clearing out of pending and hitting the devices now.

Thanks for the quick turnaround and for clearing the backlog!
