I’m managing a Samsung Android device that is currently locked in kiosk mode. I checked the device’s Action menu in Hexnode but couldn’t find an option to disable kiosk mode. Is there a specific place where this action is available?

Hi @jayceon,
You can disable kiosk mode for an Android device from the device actions menu in the Hexnode portal. You can go to Manage > Devices > select the device > Actions. In the Actions menu, scroll through the available options and select Disable kiosk mode. On some screens, not all action items may be visible at once, so you may need to scroll down in the Actions menu to find the option.
