Thanks for raising this question.
If your sync is failing, the most common fix is renewing the ADE token, especially with the recent UI updates in the Apple Business portal.
To download your new token from Apple Business, follow these steps:

Log in to your Apple Business account.

Select Devices from the top banner.

On the left-hand sidebar, select Management.

Click on your specific server name under the Device Management Services section.

Click the ellipsis icon (…) in the top right corner.
A dialog box will appear stating, “Downloading a new server token will reset your existing one.” Click Download server token to confirm.
Once you have that file, you’ll just need to upload it to the Admin > Apple Business/ School Manager >Automated Device Enrollment section in your Hexnode UEM portal to restore the sync!
