Is it possible to find a device in Hexnode by serial number, or does the Manage page only search by device name? I’m managing several devices and the serial number would be easier to use than the device name in some cases.

Yes, Hexnode lets you search for devices using the serial number.
To make this easier from the device list:
- Go to the Manage tab.
- Click the pencil/edit columns icon on the device list.
- Enable/select the Serial Number field, along with any other device details you want to display.
- Use the search field on the Manage page to search for the device by its serial number.
Once the serial number field is enabled in the Manage view, you can use it to identify and locate devices directly from the device list.
