How can I pull a bulk report of disk space usage?Solved

Hey folks!!!

We kinda have a fleet of Android devices enrolled via Android Enterprise (Device Owner) running in Kiosk mode.

I can see the “Device Capacity” and “Internal Storage” individually by clicking into each device’s summary, but I need a way to see this data for the entire fleet at once. Is there a way to generate a report or customize the device view so I can sort by disk usage and identify which devices are running low on space?

Thanks for raising this question.

To view the storage details for all your devices in a single view, you should use the Built-in Reports feature. This allows you to add specific hardware columns that aren’t visible in the default device list.

Steps to generate the report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab in your management console.

  1. Select Built-in Reports and then click on Enrolled Devices.

  1. Locate the Select Column (gear or list icon) next to the search bar.

  1. Find and enable the column for Internal Storage. Here you will find 3 options which are : Available internal storageUsed internal storage, and Total internal storage. You may choose whichever option is most suitable for your needs.

  1. Click Apply.

Once the column is added, you can sort the list by storage to immediately identify which devices are nearing their limit. You can also export this view as a CSV or PDF for external auditing.
