Hi, I’m not able to install Hexnode MDM remote view. It says download failed.

Hello Trudy,
You can try one or more of these options:
1.On your mobile device navigate to Settings > Security and enable ‘Unknown Sources’ option.
2.Try downloading the Hexnode Remote View apk file from https://downloads.hexnode.com/HexnodeRemoteView.apk
3.Navigate to Admin > MDM Settings > Hexnode Remote View Settings. Enable the following options.
- Enable Remote View.
- Prompt user to install remote view app while in kiosk mode.
- Make Remote View App Mandatory.
