Hexnode Store apps missing checkboxes and Add to Inventory buttonSolved

I’m trying to add apps from the Hexnode Store tab into Local Apps, but I don’t see any checkboxes beside the apps or an Add to Inventory button. Opening an app only shows its details, and there’s no Add button there either. When I create a policy and browse apps, I only see manually uploaded enterprise apps under Local Apps and the regular public store options separately. Is this a tenant configuration issue, or is there a different way to deploy Hexnode Store apps?

The missing checkboxes and Add to Inventory button in the Hexnode Store tab are expected behavior.

The Hexnode Store is designed specifically for Windows and macOS applications, but these apps are not added to the general Local Apps repository. They also are not deployed through the standard inventory-based app policy workflow used for uploaded enterprise apps.

Instead, Hexnode Store apps are deployed using the Install Application action from the Actions tab. They can also be included in custom automation or scripting workflows where supported.

So, if you are browsing the Hexnode Store and do not see checkboxes or an Add button, it does not indicate a tenant configuration issue. The store uses an action-based deployment model rather than an Add to Inventory workflow.
