Can the Hexnode app server address be hidden on iOS or Android?Solved

We manage both iOS and Android devices with Hexnode. In the Hexnode app installed on the user’s device, the server/portal address is visible. Is there any way to remove or hide that address from the app interface? Also, can the Hexnode app itself be locked with a passcode so users cannot open it and view those details?

The server address shown in the Hexnode app cannot currently be removed, hidden, or masked through a Hexnode policy or app setting.

This information is intentionally displayed in the app interface for identification and diagnostic purposes, especially when confirming which Hexnode portal a device is connected to. Hiding or deleting this text while keeping the Hexnode app active is not supported at this time.

Hexnode also does not currently provide a built-in option to lock the Hexnode app interface with a separate app-level passcode. If the requirement is to hide the server address or protect the Hexnode app behind a passcode, it would need to be handled as a feature request rather than a configurable setting available today.
