Hey everyone, quick question — I am trying to set up SSO for my super admin account, so all logins go through a single authentication flow. Is that something I can do in Hexnode?

Yes @mo-chou, you can enable SSO for your super admin account in Hexnode UEM. There are 2 ways to configure this, depending on whether you want to apply it only to your account or enforce it across all technicians.

From Logon Restrictions (applies globally to all technicians, including Super Admin)

Login to your Hexnode UEM portal.

Go to Admin > Logon Restrictions.

Select the SSO providers (Google, Microsoft, or Okta) from Global SSO Login Settings and click Save.

From My Profile (applies only to the Super Admin account)

Login to your Hexnode UEM portal.

Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your portal and choose My Profile.

Click Edit Information.

Select SSO providers from Single Sign On setting and click Save.
