I’m checking what kind of user/device activity Hexnode can monitor. Specifically, can it show browsing history or track files being transferred by users? Also, for Windows devices, is there a way to disable USB drives or USB port usage so users cannot copy files to external storage without permission?

Hexnode does not track user activity such as browsing history or file transfer activity on managed devices. If the goal is to prevent users from accessing certain websites, you can use Web Content Filtering to allow or block specific sites instead of monitoring browsing history.

For Windows devices, USB and external media access can be managed using the Media Management policy. You can configure it from: Policies > Windows > Security > Media Management.

After configuring the required media restrictions, associate the policy with the target Windows devices or device groups.
