I can’t see the BitLocker policy option in the portal. It’s just got greyed out.

Do you have the required license privilege for BitLocker? I guess it was tied to certain plans.

Thanks for confirming. The BitLocker policy isn’t available for the Ultimate plan. This feature is supported only in the Ultra plan. If you’d like to upgrade your plan, please reach out to our support team and they’ll guide you through the process.
