i have a question these devices are configured with hexnode for work … so when the play store is opened users cant search the play store for any apps .. is there a way to change that

Hey, Thanks for posting the query.
I’m afraid that’s how the devices enrolled under Android Enterprise are supposed to be.
However, you can use the App catalog to create a custom app store for the users. You will have to navigate to the Apps tab and create an app catalog. This can then be deployed to the device via a policy. Navigate to Android–>App Management–>Catalog, add the created catalog and save the policy after associating the targets.
You can also design a layout for the store that can consists of pages for different departments and clusters as sections within the pages.
