Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to Hexnode Connect!
To answer your question directly: there is no universal or default Hexnode app password that can be used to bypass the lock on an Android device.
The password and restriction settings are tied directly to your specific portal instance. If the managing portal has been deleted or purged, Hexnode can no longer communicate with the tablet or issue remote unlock commands.
In this scenario, the only available recovery option to remove the old Hexnode app lock and restore the tablet is to perform a hard factory reset on the device. Please note that a factory reset will permanently erase all local data, apps, and settings, returning the tablet to its original factory defaults.
I hope this brings clarity to your situation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
Best regards,
George
