This can happen if the Android setup flow or Google services components on the device are unstable during Android Enterprise provisioning.
Try the following:
- Force restart the tablet by holding Power + Volume Down for around 10–15 seconds until it reboots.
- If the device allows access to Settings, go to Settings > Apps.
- Clear data and cache for Google Play Store.
- Clear data and cache for Google Play Services.
- Check whether the device has any pending OS updates.
- If an OS update is available, update the tablet first.
- After the update is completed, factory reset the device.
- Start Android Enterprise enrollment again through Hexnode UEM.
If the issue always occurs at the Google services step, updating the OS before resetting and re-enrolling is usually the best next step.
