Windows MSI app upload shows old version after updating packageSolved

I uploaded a newer Windows MSI package for an app in Hexnode, but the app page still shows the previous version as the latest version. The upload seemed to complete, and I tried uploading the newer MSI again, but the version displayed in the portal did not change. Is there anything else I should check when the uploaded MSI version does not refresh?

Hello @noah-blake ,

If the MSI upload completes successfully but the app version shown in the Hexnode UEM portal still displays the older value, first confirm whether this is a portal display issue rather than a failed upload.

A quick way to test this is:

  1. Sign out of the Hexnode UEM portal.
  2. Open the portal in an incognito or private browsing window.
  3. Sign in again.
  4. Go to the app entry and upload/save the newer MSI package again if needed.
  5. Check whether the latest version value updates.

In some cases, cached browser data can cause the Apps page to continue showing the previously loaded version even after the newer MSI has been uploaded. Using an incognito/private window forces the portal session to load fresh data and can resolve the version mismatch.
