For iOS profile-driven enrollment, this can happen when the enrollment is not fully completed or when the device has not yet reported its inventory details back to Hexnode. Start by checking the management profile on the iPhone:

1. Open Settings on the device.
2. Go to General > VPN & Device Management.
3. Confirm that the Hexnode management profile is installed and trusted.

If the profile is installed correctly, open the Hexnode app on the device and tap Sync. This forces the device to check in and send details such as device name, model, and OS version to the Hexnode portal. After the sync, refresh the device page in the portal.

The profile was already installed under VPN & Device Management, so the enrollment itself looked complete. The portal still showed the phone as active with no name or model until the user opened the Hexnode app.

In that case, triggering Sync from the Hexnode app is the right next step. With browser-based profile enrollment, the MDM profile may be installed before all hardware and inventory details are updated in the portal. A manual sync prompts the device to report those details immediately instead of waiting for the next automatic check-in. Once the sync completes, the device name and model should populate in the portal, and the device should become manageable if the enrollment profile is valid.
