I created a new technician in Hexnode and assigned a custom role that was cloned from an Admin-type role. The technician completed the password setup, but when they log in, every dashboard page shows an “Oops!” error.
I checked the assigned role, gave access to all device groups and domains in the scope, and even tried assigning a known working role. The same error still appears. The technician also tried incognito mode, another browser, and a different machine, but nothing changed.
