Hexnode devices stuck in pending disenrollment after using Disenroll DeviceSolved

I’m trying to remove a couple of devices from Hexnode before shutting down our setup. I selected the devices from the Manage tab and used Actions > Device Control > Disenroll Device, but it doesn’t look like anything happened. Is there another step needed when devices are stuck or not responding to the disenrollment command?

Disenrollment is sent as an over-the-air command, so the device must be powered on and connected to the internet for the action to complete.

Try the following:

1. Go to Manage > Devices.

2. Select the target devices.

3. Click Actions > Device Control > Disenroll Device.

4. Check the Action History tab for the status of the command.

If the device is offline, the command remains in Pending status until the device reconnects to a network. Once it comes online, Hexnode processes the queued disenrollment command automatically.

If the devices are offline, damaged, already reset, or no longer available, you can remove them from the console using:

Reports > Device Reports > Disenrollment Pending Devices > select the devices > Actions > Mark as Disenrolled.

This force-removes the device entries from the Hexnode console and frees up the associated licenses. Use this option when the device cannot receive the normal disenrollment command.
