I’m managing a fleet of Android devices in Hexnode and need to check whether a specific Google account is signed in on any of them. Is there a way to audit the Google accounts associated with enrolled devices, or filter devices by a signed-in Google account?

Hexnode does not currently provide a way to audit or filter enrolled Android devices based on the Google account signed in on the device.
This is due to Android OS privacy and security restrictions. MDMs cannot retrieve the credentials or account identifiers of personal Google accounts signed in on a device, so Hexnode cannot determine which devices are using a specific Google account.
As an alternative, you can review device inventory details, assigned users, enrollment history, and device groups in Hexnode to narrow down which managed devices may be relevant to your audit. However, this will not confirm whether a particular Google account is signed in on the device.
