Is there a way to receive an email notification whenever a device gets unenrolled or disenrolled from Hexnode? I want the admin team to be alerted automatically instead of checking the device list manually.

Hello @luuk ,

Yes. You can configure email notifications for device unenrollment events by creating an Alert Profile in Hexnode UEM.

Steps to set it up:

  1. Go to Admin > Alert Profile.
  2. Click New Alert Profile.
  3. Set Event Source as Device.
  4. Click Add Event.
  5. Under Available Events, select the + icon next to Device disenrolled and click Add.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Enable Notify via Email.
  8. Under Targets, leave the field empty if the alert should apply to all enrolled devices. If you want alerts only for specific devices or groups, add them as targets.
  9. Under Technicians, select the technician email addresses that should receive the alert and click Add.
  10. Click Next, enter a name and description for the alert profile, and save it.

Once saved, the selected technicians will receive email notifications whenever a matching device disenrollment event occurs.
