I’ve set up Android Enterprise in Hexnode and created an enrollment profile. Where do I enroll devices using that profile, and where can I check the device serial number afterward? Also, can this be done without resetting the device? Some of the devices are already in use, so wiping them would be difficult.

For Android Enterprise Fully Managed enrollment, use the enrollment profile from the Hexnode portal and enroll the device during the initial Android setup flow.
Steps:
1. Go to Enroll > Android Enterprise in the Hexnode portal.
2. Select the Android Enterprise enrollment profile you created.
3. Factory reset the Android device.
4. On the first Android welcome screen, tap the screen six times.
5. Scan the QR code shown for the enrollment profile.
6. Continue with the setup prompts to complete enrollment.
Once the device is enrolled, you can view its serial number from Devices > select the device > Device Details. The serial number is listed along with the device inventory information.
For Android Enterprise Device Owner / Fully Managed mode, a factory reset is mandatory. This is enforced by Google’s Android Enterprise security model and cannot be bypassed for devices that are already in use.
