Hello @mees
Hexnode UEM does not currently include a built-in policy setting to control the display duration of Windows pop-up notifications or make them remain visible until dismissed. The banner duration is controlled by Windows itself. By default, Windows displays pop-up banners for around 5 seconds before moving them to the Windows notification center.
If your organization wants to change this value across managed Windows devices, you can use Hexnode UEM to deploy a custom script that modifies the relevant Windows notification duration setting. The supported range is typically from the default 5 seconds up to a maximum of 5 minutes. Hexnode UEM can be used to run the script remotely or in bulk, but the script itself must be created and validated according to your Windows environment and requirements.
Broadcast messages sent through Hexnode UEM are still available in the Hexnode UEM app. Users can open the app and check the Messages tab to view previously sent messages even after the pop-up banner disappears.
