Windows Autopilot enrollment stuck on Accept button during setupSolved

During Windows Autopilot enrollment, the setup screen is showing an Accept button, but I can’t select it using the mouse or touchpad. The device looks stuck at that step even though the page itself has loaded. Has anyone seen this during Windows enrollment through Hexnode?

Hello @vance_j ,

This behavior can occur due to a known issue on the Microsoft Windows Autopilot setup screen where the mouse or touchpad does not correctly move focus to the Accept button.

As a workaround, use keyboard navigation:

  1. Press the Tab key repeatedly to cycle through the selectable elements on the screen.
  2. Continue until the Accept button is highlighted.
  3. Press Enter to select it.

After accepting, the Autopilot enrollment flow should continue normally. This is not caused by the Hexnode UEM enrollment configuration; it is related to focus handling on the Windows Autopilot screen.
