We have several Honeywell EDA51 Android devices enrolled in Hexnode, and a few of them are behaving differently. I want to compare their hardware details, especially the processor, RAM, and model variant. Is there a way to view this from the Hexnode portal? Also, do EDA51 devices come with different processor variants, or is the hardware mostly the same across models?

You can view the hardware information reported by an enrolled Honeywell EDA51 device from the Hexnode portal.
Steps:
1. Go to the Manage tab.
2. Select the specific EDA51 device you want to check.
3. Open the Device Summary sub-tab.
4. Scroll to the Hardware Info section.
This section shows details such as the processor information, total RAM, and model number reported by the device. You can compare this information across multiple EDA51 devices to identify any hardware differences.
