• Windows Remote Access: Hexnode does support unattended remote access for Windows devices. When properly configured, administrators can initiate remote access without requiring end-user confirmation each time.
• Live Terminal Support: Live terminal is available for supported Linux devices and macOS (where prerequisites are met). However, it is not available for Windows devices.
